No more fever, runny nose, sore throat, body ache and headache. However, the cough doesn’t seem to go away and is very disturbing. Despite finishing out the antibiotics, cough syrup and lozenges, the mucus and the coughing are still there. Was it because the lack of vitamins or nutrition in my diet that take it so long to heal?
Hmmm… Any cough persisting more than a week should be evaluated by a physician. Should I see my doctor about this? Or maybe I can try one of those home remedies that will help to overcome cough. Such as, consuming honey in a hot drink before bed time. Will try that after this
Okay people, need to get my sleep as I want to wake up at 2.30am to watch the match between England and Algeria… errr, maybe! ha ha ha
The World Cup is finally here So who do you think will win the 2010 World Cup in South Africa? Not who you want to win, but who you think will win - Can England repeat their 1966 this time (I doubt it)? What about South Africa? Or will it go to one of the usual candidates? Will Brazil win their 6th world cup this time? Or will it be France or Argentina?
Urghhh, why am I so hungry at this hour? Darn, I need to control over my food intake. My friend told me to to cut out all the junk food/snack and high calories food if I want to lose weight. Same goes with the clinicallix *sigh*. Exercise is the best answer. Time to hit the gym again
Oh, btw South Africa and Mexico drew 1-1 in the opening game of 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa (as I predicted… lol). Neway, every one of the favourite do have the chance to win but personally Argentina remains my favourite like always. Therefore, Argentina will win the cup this time… yeahhhh!
Njoy the official 2010 World Cup song by Shakira ;p
Hmmm, still searching for the best pills to lose weight and at the same time looking at the apidexin reviews posted by the consumers and expert opinions. I guess I should give this product a try. Apidexin slimming pills claims to help people to lose 400% more weight. How is that? I hope it is not just loosing the water weight.
Maybe I should go to the gym regularly again. After not going to the gym for a month, it seems that I’m a bit lazy to work out nowadays… duhhh! Going to check out the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class next Friday
Bah, going to hit the sack now. It’s 1:46a.m…. Nite nite people
Went to see the Acoustic Jazz Nite at Rumba last nite with my gila-gila (crazy) gang (Lyn, Lind, Mel, DB, Momoi, 3ni & Joni). There we were at the club as early as 7pm and guess what? The club was empty (except for the performers and organizers). Duhhh… we thought that the event was supposed to start at 7.30pm (Sabah Times I guess) So, we ended up ordering lots of food (as usual…lol) while waiting for the event to start which finally started at 9pm. Two hours of waiting… WTF!
Ordered a Mojito and as I expected, the taste is totally different from the one that I had in Phuket (the best) and Bali. Hmmm, luckily I’ll be in Thailand again soon Hopefully, it is safe to travel there this coming July. Well, as long as I don’t wear red or yellow, I’ll be fine… I guess… LMAO!
All in all, the performances was great especially the one from Quadro Forte! We decided to go to Q-Bar after that but ended up at Cock N Bull (Jesselton Point) instead. Well, what can I say. It was a fun night
If you don’t want insurance then don’t buy. Yup, I’ve never been a big fan of the concept of insurance, but this is one that is important. Why do I need travel insurance? Let me see. Oh oh, because I will be travelling again soon. I’m gonna be doing quite a lot of traveling this year. My next trip will be on this July-August for almost 3 weeks (you read it right… hehehe) then the last one would be on November
I need to read on the insurance reviews provided by the insurance company and I would prefer something that offer good coverage and seem to understand the backpacker mentality (like me…hehehe). I would definitely buy one since the two places that I will be going next is still contaminated with land mines and unexploded bombs. Scarry huh?
