Get Fit Stay Fit

Went to Core Fitness City Mall last week to have a look at the place (consider becoming a member) and was entertained by this guy, Oliver. He did a good job by telling us (my sis and I) what we need to know especially the benefits of being a member there such as a free use of the locker, steam, sauna, and shower facilities. They also offer services such as Personal Training, Self-defense (MMA) workshops, Dietary Counseling, and Chiropractic Services.

Too bad that I didn’t manage get a good look at the fitness equipment that they have there. Only the Exercise Bike can be seen from the outside. I have no doubt about their equipment since I know (from their website) that this fitness centre is the largest and most complete fitness centre in East Malaysia with the size of 17,315 sq. ft.

As for me, I’m more interested in joining their group exercise programs such as BODYBALANCE, BODYJAM, BODYSTEP, and RPM. Looking forward to join in the TAE BO® (cardio-boxing workout), Cardio Dance (dance-based class), Belly Jam (belly dance movements with modern dance) and Latin Mix (Samba! Salsa! Merengue! Mambo!) classes coz I love to dance! Yaiii…

The Pursuit of Laziness

Today is Wednesday! Ok… what else I want to do today beside watching J-Dorama? Editing pictures? Cooking? Baking? Doing household chores? argghhhh… I’m so lazy. Well, I intended to post pictures on my recent trip but I am so darn lazy to do the editing… hukhukhuk! Same goes with the blogging thingy, too lazy to blog about the events that were happening around me *sigh*…

July is coming soon and I’m sure it will be a busy month for me starting with Natt’s wedding on the 4th, RWMF from 9th - 13th, my big day is on 16th (ahaksss) and a Birthday Bash in Cempaka with Bryan on 18th (maybe, yet to be confirmed)! Oh, not forgetting my parents 31st Anniversary on 19th and of coz my bro’s birthday at the end of the month. Phewwww! With the foods, cakes and drinks through out the whole month, I’m sure the fat burner product will help to burn those fat out of me… yaiiii! And again, I’m just too lazy to exercise… hahaha!

Thinking of exercising, I always wanted to take some dancing lessons, something that I’ve been wanting to do for a long time now! hehehe… I think dancing is a fun exercise! I want to learn how to ballroom dance, along with the Tango and Salsa. Not to mention, Belly Dancing too. Ohh I liked this dance, not just the dance, it can keep you in shape as well (exercises your abdomen area and keeps the muscles around the area flexible). I wonder if I can do the Shakira’s moves in the Hips Don’t Lie video clip… SEXY!!!
